Cozy, comfortable 2-bed traditional family cottage (sleeps 4) in Nefyn, Llyn Peninsula . Pets welcome

A quaint, traditional 2-bedroom cottage Circa 1881 (sleeps 4) in the coastal village of Nefyn on the Llyn Peninsula. It once formed part of the Glynllifon Park Estate, and has been sympathetically refurbished to retain many of its original features, including original tiled flooring, large inglenook fireplace and ceiling beams and a kitchen whose walls are embedded into the rock face on which the raised sun terrace in the private, sunny garden has been built on.

Nefyn is a small seaside town on the north-west coast of the Llyn Peninsula, with a history traced back to 300BC. It has a stunning long sandy beach, small harbour, and a Maritime Museum showcasing the rich maritime and social history of Llyn.

The cottage is in the centre of Nefyn, down a quiet road off the main road, so is close to shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants. With a childrens’ play park across the road and beautiful private countryside views from the rear garden, there really is something for everyone. The stunning Nefyn sandy beach is a steady 10mins walk away along with the beautiful Wales Coastal Path which runs to Porthdinllaen beach and the famous Ty Coch Inn on the beach and Clwb Golff Nefyn Golf Club with its panaramic views out to sea, where you may be lucky enough to spot dolphins swimming and seals basking on the rocks
